May The Best Of Your Past Be The Worst Of Your Future

May The Best Of Your Past Be The Worst Of Your Future

My gift for you today is another opportunity to be grateful.

For all that is wonderful, and even for all that is not so wonderful in our world.

It is so much easier to be and share love and gratitude than what we are used to think.

Thank you.

Have you really contemplated these simple yet profound words?

Thank you, I praise you.

These are some words you can use.

Tell yourself. Tell your people.

Thank them for being a friend, client, supplier, soul mate, follower or fellow networker.

I love and deeply appreciate you for being a continuing reader of my blog and Alchemy News ezine, and I hope it adds value and contributes to inspire your alchemical journey in life and business.

For your inspiration and success.

I am so excited to connect with all of you. Thank you for being with me on our journey to open this world to the power of living and leading our life aligned with abundance, presence, purpose and peaceful prosperity.

The secret magic of gratitude

Have you counted your blessings recently? Do you really feel thankful for your health, relations, amazing gifts and talents?

Have you discovered how gratitude for everyone and everything in our lives will help us draw more abundance to us?

Thank you.

Thank you for being you.

Thank you for the honor of serving you.

Thank you for being part of our evolving Alchemy Evolution, Planetary Peace Coherence Initiative and One Globe Leadership community and MasterHeart tribe of fellow peacemakers, evolutionaries and visionary co-travellers.

“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.”

Ralph Waldo Emerson

When you bring your family and friends together, remember how grateful you are. Share openly with tears in your eyes, as you thank everyone for being in your life and for what their presence has brought to you.

Forgive. Embrace.

Perfectly imperfect, loving what is

Remember it takes only one to truly cultivate a relationship.

Every day you have an opportunity to finish the day off stronger and get set for greater success than yesterday.

Or, maybe you need to rest and reflect in stillness?

In case of the latter; maybe your inner knowing tells you that everything is ok?

That you are perfectly imperfect as you are?

That you are created by the creator, and thus cannot be anything less than your creator?

“Do not anticipate trouble or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.”

Benjamin Franklin

Most people have the desire to make changes in their life.

The best is yet to come

However, most people also have “a voice” in their head telling them they can’t do it, they’re not good enough, they don’t have the skill or whatever the case may be.

Do you recognize this voice?

This voice is usually negative and critical. It is also backed by one of the strongest human emotions – fear.

This four letter word combined with negative self talk causes more problems in people’s lives and in our world than anything imaginable.

What is there to be afraid of?

What is true here?

Maybe we all need to take a look in the mirror?

To truly believe that we are more than we could ever imagine – and beyond?

In order to initiate the process of healing in our lifes we need to be willing to take action.

We also need to learn to face our fears and embrace our vulnerabilities. This is what makes us human.

It is what makes us beautiful.

We’ll always have challenges in life. Each and every one of us have fears. What is important is we don’t let our fears hold us back from being our true self and from moving forward in our lives.

The secret magic of gratitude is that what you focus on expands!

Maybe you feel like taking a moment and reflect on everything that fills your heart with gratitude?

Chances are you may think about people who have provided you with exceptional services, or who have otherwise helped you in your personal or professional life.

Maybe you’re wondering how you could give thanks in the most appropriate way? Before you run out and buy them a bottle of wine or some chocolate, I have another idea.

peace

What about giving them a comment, praise or testimonial?

Or sharing and commenting their posts and blogs?

If they have been there for you or done great work for you, which presumably is the reason you’re feeling grateful, giving them a great testimonial or sharing a comment is one of the most valuable things you can do for them.

It will be truly appreciated because it will help them get that acknowledgement, inspiration and selfconfidence they need to continue their important work.

It will also be a bonus for themselves, since comments, buzz and testimonials are a key to attracting more clients, partners and opprtunities, so that they can be in service and continue their purposerich work.

How do you give a comment, praise or testimonial that will be beneficial for the recipient?

First of all, be sure not to give them just a generic basic testimonial or comment, but make it really personal, authentic and good. It’s not as hard as you may think.

Great sharing is enthusiastic yet realistic, and it addresses specific things the person has done exceptionally well, inspired you to do or change, as well as specific problems he or she might have solved for you.

Let’s say you want to write a testimonial for “Jenny”.

1) How has she helped you?

Start by thinking about just how exactly Jenny has helped you. What problem did you have that she helped you solve. In which way did she solve it that made her exceptional and inspired your gratitude?

You don’t have to go into all the gory details when it comes to the problem, but if you originally tried to get other people to help you with it who were not able to solve it, be sure to mention that.

2) Consider the “before” and “after” formula

One easy way to express this in a testimonial is to use the before and after formula. Before you met Jenny, you were having such and such a problem. And even though you tried several things or help for other people, none of them were able to solve it.

But after you met Jennifer, you were able to do …

The specifics will vary, of course. If Jenny helped you solve a specific problem or challenge, for example, you can talk about the difference or impact it has made in your business or life. If she helped you with something more technical, i.e., set up your website or fixed your computer, you can talk about the result gained (time, money, clients, less frustration) after the service.

Where possible try and quantify the results of Jenny’s assistance. This will greatly enhance the value and result of your testimonial!

3) What about the way she handled the problem was exceptional?

Then think about what it was about the way Jenny handled your problem that made her so effective. Did she pay close attention to what you said? Was she particularly creative? Or was she simply really good at what she did and delivered fast and on time? As you write up your testimonial, talk about the specific problem and the specific things Jenny did to solve it for you. Keep the tone natural, as if you were telling someone who could use Jenny’s help, which is in effect what you’ll be doing.

4) What else makes her stand out?

Feel free to can add anything else you like about Jenny’s general wonderfulness and professionalism and skill, the more specific the better.

5) Add a note of gratitude and an explicit recommendation

Then close it out with a comment about how grateful you are to have found Jenny and how you recommend her to anyone who may be facing that problem or is looking for someone to provide the type of services she provides.

Then send it to Jenny and tell her that she should feel free to use it as a testimonial. You might want to give her permission to edit your comments. You can also surprise her and just post it on her LinkedIn profile too!

If you want to and you’re comfortable to do so, ask her if she wants it on audio or even video, since audio and especially video testimonials are even more powerful.

In the meantime, your written testimonial, especially if accompanied by your photo and of course your name, company name, and website will do the trick.

So now that you know how to give back in a way that will make a real difference to the people who have helped you professionally, take a few minutes to reflect who in your life might deserve a great testimonial.

Good luck!

May the best of your past be the worst of your future

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

Rumi

With this in mind celebrate your love, life, family and have a lot of fun!

I praise you and raise you in the name of love.

As we share time with loved ones, share in social media and recant on blessed memories – we share thanks, impart wisdom, and remember to pray for peace for those righteous ones who need it most.

Today I pray for Syria. For Egypt. For the animals that have come to heal us.

So be it.

It isn’t easy being kind, loving and merciful, yet everyday we breath and shine upon others, knowing their joy is the reward in kind.

You are always welcome to share, comment end tell me your experiences. I love feedback and sharing!

Wishing you a great late Summer weekend!

Peace, Grace and Protection to you.

May love prevail.

With all that I am.

For Your Alchemy,

Katrine
