Dear friend,
Today I want to start with these words by Buddha: “The trouble is, you think you have time.”
Do you have time? True or not true?
Do you want to have time? True or not?
Do you feel a tinge of anticipation in the air – the vibrational Spring of freshness and renewal on the horizon.
At least, the earth is preparing for a fresh start.
You are Alchemy – a true miracle
How could you be anything less than a miracle?
I’ve always used the word alchemy to explain the miracles, mystery and synchronicities surrounding us when we open our eyes to see.
When we open up to our own Spring.
When we open our heart to be.
Are you one constantly searching for being loved? Have you been travelling the world to find your soul mate?
Do you experience challenges in your love life that you have difficulties to overcome?
Or, are you one that love entering your own still rooms?
If you are among the latter, you might know something about what my secret and gift for you is all about?
Do you feel your secret miracle?
You may carry the biggest secrets of them all in your heart.
Right now you can feel it.
If you are like me, one that have a strong introverted side. You may even feel a constant urge to be alone sometimes.
My feeling is that this is the case not only for introverts like me, but for strongly extroverted too.
Even though you as an extrovert type know you get more energy of being sociable and meeting people doing a lot of different things, I believe you too need some breathing space.
In the middle of it all I guess you too need to create your own space.
A space where there are no outer disturbances.
A space where you can be only you.

This was my blindspot
Even though I have always had this urge for quiet and inner stillness – it’s only the latest years that I truly opened up my eyes for this.
Only when I could see this clear – could I act upon it.
And what happened – everything became so clear!
Despite what my old belief system told me – I was not selfish when I closed my eyes!!
I was the opposite – self-loving – maybe for the first time!
For the first time I could truly be there for myself.
And then, our children, my husband, family, colleagues and friends.

I had to love myself first
Only then could I love my neighbour and be lovingly present to those around me.
To me this was the greatest gift of them all.
I gave it to myself – because nobody else could give it to me.
And the best of all – I only had to find a quiet place – and maybe close my eyes.
I also thought I was a truly extrovert person. Everybody else also told me this.
You are a truly extroverted person!
Yes, today I know – I was overcompensating for something.
Maybe I was surviving. For sure I was disconnected in some ways for playing safe.
Just in case…
However..
As human beings, we too embrace the energy of Spring with hopes of rebirth and rejuvenation.
We have an evolutionary impulse to be healthier, wealthier, and live with greater presence and awareness of all that’s around us.
There’s no reason to postpone living that vibrant life one minute longer.
But where does that initial outline begin? It’s not coming from people, jobs, or possessions.
It’s not emanating from anything in the outside world. It can only come from inside of you. You make the rules, and you cultivate and create the cultures within you.
Your commitment to honoring your clear intentions and purifying your potential is the key that opens the door to liberation and endless days of vitality, abundance and love.
Your connection to your health and spirituality is not sourced from your identity or your mind.
Your connection is sourced from the soul. This deeper place – your authentic soul essence – is where we have to go to find the truth of your being.
The quality of your life is determined by the clarity of your connection to yourself.
As you continue your spiritual journey, you’ll want to be more healthy, more financially secure, more compassionate and caring so you can experience all the world has to offer.
When you dedicate yourself to your health, abundance and a deeper connection with the love inside of you, the allowance in of itself strengthens and you embrace a fulfilled, miraculous life blooming with endless possibility.
I believe we do have time.
The time is now
Breath in you true gift.
Breath in your heart.
Breath in I Am.
Can you hear the language of your heart?
Get out of your way.
Listen outside labels, listen.. and I’ll meet you there.
