Your Alchemy Journey – What is faith and joy to you?

Dear friend and co-traveller,

How was your weekend? I hope you are feeling relaxed and excited for what to come!

Do you need to develop your balance and faith? Do you need more joy into your life?

As I mentioned some months ago, my dearest grandmother and our childrens gt. grandmother, Ivy Lillian, celebrated her 90th Birthday!

My father was British, as I am, thus my nanny lives in England.

Although I wish I could be there with her and hug her and my English family today, I know we are connected by heart.  I can hardly think of any person more loving, giving and wise.

Nanny and grandad always had a big garden with all sorts of fruits, vegetables and berries in her garden. I can still feel the smell of their potatos, beans, flowers, and the beautiful sight of all the flowers, birds and fishes in their ponds : )

She lived through the second world war, and lost her uncle and father earliy, due to my gt. uncle being shot during the war. My gt. grandfather died early from gas damages in his stomack, from the war.

I can only imagine how it was for her, and her two big brothers, both still alive, loosing their father at a very young age, having to start early on supporting themselves and their mother after the war, both emotionally and economically, by hard work.

My gt. grandmother had just not saved up enough pension to be economically supported by state, as a widow, when her husband died.

I lost my dear father too very sudden, nearly 6 years ago. He had just turned 60 years-old, and our children were 1 years-old and 3 years-old. I can very well place myself into my ancestors familys faith and destiny.

I miss my father every day, but I know he is with us, and I have a deep faith in something bigger than ourselves.

I see every day we had with him, and his exceptionally loving and authentically presence, as true gifts. I am grateful that my last grandparent, who is still alive with us today, is 90 years-old, while being totally present and clear.

We feel blessed : )

I think my nanny, and my grandparents in Norway too, are some of the strongest persons I have ever met.

They have been positive, enthusiastic about their future, worked hard, but they were always grateful of every new day. Both of my grandparents were married their whole lives. It takes patience, understanding, and an inner greater knowing. I admire that and thank them for our lives.

They all survived the war. They valued work, connection, lojalty and humility. They repaired and built their countries. They payed the price of loss, illness and lack of money.

All my grandparents, in England and Norway, laughed a lot and had a great sence of humor.

They had to be responsible. Taking leadership in their lives was a natural force for managing their daily life.

In joy and sorrow.

To balance our vibrant energies, we need to develop faith

In the world of separation and judgements, that there is not enough, or that we are not enough, we often let that deep programming of fear and insufficiency build walls around us.

These walls are preventing us from being the abundant and joyful human beings that we have come to be.

Are you uplevelling your field and energies by focusing on what abundance looks like for you?

Or, are you putting your mind and focus on the wall blocking your abundance?

If the latter is the case, you are maybe downlevelling your natural field or energies.

I know we are capable of abundance and finding a highly-creative solution to any situation the minute we put our mind to it.

I’m fortunate to have met people and clients from all walks of life and all corners of the globe the last years, through my Constellations workshops, global telesummit shows I’ve hosted, and the Illuminating Consciousness Intensive (ICI) Ecourse I launched this Spring. It’s been such an amazing Journey!

Each of whom, despite busy and accomplished lives, have made a decision to seriously connect with themselves to fully prioritize their own health, wealth, authenticity, life calling, leadership and higher evolution.

Pondering the sacredness of that commitment, I’m extremely moved by what miraculous things can happen. Sometimes over the night.

These energy shifts are something we all can feel.

“Dear Katrine!

Three and a half years ago I hit rock bottom. I had a tough breakup with my son’s father and everything seemed hopeless. I went through a child custody battle in court twice. That hit me rally hard. I was devastated and I felt so alone in between lawyers, judges, court psychologist and everything that comes with a hearing. It was in between everything that happened I came in contact with you, Katrine. You gave me some healings and introduced me to constellations.

After systemic work with constellations, healings from you and the ICI Ecourse I feel more free than I’ve ever done. It’s such a wonderful feeling! I went from being at a place full of fear, feeling deadlocked and not in contact with my true self, to a place of freedom, happiness, joy and in contact with the true me. I feel so blessed that I’ve taken this journey. Even though it’s resulted in a lot of tears, tiredness, frustration and pain, it’s all been worth it. Now, beautiful things are happening! I get valuable insights and messages and my intuition is stronger than ever.

One of my visions in life is to use my own story to help other people or to write my own story. I’m taking small steps towards this goal. One step at the time. I think one of the steps was to join the ICI course and MasterHeart group by Katrine. I’m so grateful for this opportunity!

I moved to my new home this weekend and I can feel that there’s a different energy here – in a positive way. I’m ready for new beginnings and new opportunities. I can’t wait to start on this new chapter in me and my son’s life!

My most important outcome and experiences with this course was that I got so much more in touch with my true self. I’ve also experienced that I get messages and visions and to me that’s truly exciting! Last, but not least, it was two hours of me time. Time for me to focus and heal. Just let go of everything else and dig into the mystery of the universe

To me, also being part of the process of sharing in the private ICI MasterHeart facebook group, I think I opened up even more. To me it was a bit scary in the beginning but little by little I shared more, and with people meeting me and supporting me it wasn’t scary at all. I’ve never shared my story like that before. I’m not used to being met or heard. I think Katrine has managed to create a safe and including environment in her ICI membership area and in this private facebook group.

Before attending in Katrines full ICI Ecourse, here is where I was at: I was not fully in contact with my true self, afraid of sharing, not fully grounded and missing the tools of getting in touch with my intuition, but after our time together, I was instantly able to create/feel/experience that I was able to get in contact with the true me and my intuition. I’m no longer afraid of sharing my story because it’s my story and a part of who I am and how I’ve become the person that I am.

And, as a result, here is what has changed in my life. I’m now owning my own story and I’m not ashamed of it as I used to be. I’m proud of where I am today and that wouldn’t have happened without this journey. A journey into the unknown and look how much love I found there!

Now I’m on a new path and here’s where my new story begins. I’ve noticed that I have more creativity than I thought. I’ve always known that I have good writing skills but perhaps it now will end in a book. And for the first time I dear to think that it’s possible for me to do something different – start my own business. Ideas are constantly popping up in my head! Where were all these ideas hidden? Last, but not least, I get messages and visions and my intuition is stronger than ever.

I would absolutely recommend joining Katrine Legg Hauger and her ICI MasterHeart Community because you will get so much out of it. I promise! Open up to all there is and you will find a source of love. You’ll get a community that sees you and meet you. You’ll get the tools that you need to open up and strengthen your intuition. And you’ll be able to take part in others beautiful stories and development. Katrine has so much to offer and it’s so relaxing listening to her healing voice during meditations.

To me this course has been a journey of evolving and opening up to all there is. I’m more grounded now and I feel stronger than I’ve ever done.”

Ever wondered what abundance is?

To me abundance is all there is. What is. As it is.

You are naturally powerful beyond measures.

Are you willing to choose yourself and your innate magnificence?

With the willingness to embrace every moment as brand new, as it is, so that you can be and have the alchemical gold of very moment?

Who are you then?

And will you receive it?

Some of us experience ourselves as highly charged persons, with much to do, but often we must develop character and sound judgments, before we begin to tap our true potential.

Just as a tree needs roots to grow tall, so, too, do we all need to develop depth of character, in order to begin to expand in the ways we desire, and ultimately envision.

To reach skyhigh..?

Listening to our quiet inner stillness and knowledge, helping others, conveying a larger message, owning and sharing our storys, might bring us some of the health, balance, joy, material and social fruits, that we desire.
