Barbara has done, and continues, at the age of 83 years old, to spread poebbles every”here” and everywhere.
I myself have personally never met anyone at that age that is so young, courageous, authentic, true, creative and evolutionary impulsive as Barbara.
She is an amazing evolutionary pioneer for conscious evolutionary leadership, pioneering the conscious development of our new humanity in such a divine, honest and collectively beautiful way.
I am myself dedicated to further develop my conscious evolutionary leadership, by e.g. writing and telling my story, expanding and sharing collective evolving consciousness, my own evolutionary leadership, and co-founding ACE Norway with 3 other Norwegian pioneers.
The Humanity’s Team Award
Humanity’s Team recognizes Barbara for her lifelong contribution to the “birthing” of us through the threshold of great possibility, of our own conscious evolution, the social, spiritual, scientific, and technological potential of humanity as One.
The award presentation will be held at Sunrise Ranch, a Spiritual Retreat and Conference Center cradled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, in Loveland, Colorado, USA.
The ceremony begins at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, May 27, Memorial Day, a date that also marks the 10th anniversary of the founding of Humanity’s Team.
With glad hearts, they will award Barbara with Humanity’s Team’s most prestigious award for her lifelong care and devotion to the birthing of the new human, the new society, the new world.
About the Spiritual Leadership Award
This person allows him/her self to be free. Free from false thoughts about him/her self,
about others and about God.
He/she realises that to realy make a difference and help others requires stepping and
speaking out and up so that the world can see him/her and know that he/she has found a
deep understanding about God and Life.
As such this person is willing to be and feel uncomfortable, always reviews his/her
own beliefs and speaks the message of hope. This person’s very life is his/her message and a teaching.
He/she touches lives by his/her example.
• Is commited to being a leader and not concerned with the outcomes.
This person leads the journey in his own unique and authentic way and true identity,
by showing and being the way; reminding others who they really are, regardless of the outcomes.
His/her life is a continuous act of self-definition and an expression of the next grandest version of
the greatest vision he/she holds of who he/she is. Continuously asking: “What would love do now?”
… picking the highest thought in any given moment, and living it.
Being a Spiritual Leader, this person leads. Leads others back to themselves; returning those whose
lives he/she touches to the most wonderful idea they ever dared to hold about themselves; reminding
them how wonderful they are…. leading humanity’s spirit to the highest place it can go.
Being a Spiritual Leader the world is a better place through this person. He/she produces astonishing
exterior outcomes, knowing that eternal survival is always assured and a given.
He/she declares a whole different set of truths, creating a whole different set of experiences
and functions within a whole different reality.
Being a Spiritual leader, this person is the change he/she wishes to see in the world, walks in truth,
love and light, and allows others to walk their own.
• Deals with disappointment and redefines failure
In doing so the person embraces adversity and accepts it wholly. He/she faces disappointment
and obstacles in astounding ways that heal the world.
Staying in touch with his/her inner guidance, “disappointment” is seen as a signal from the soul
that he/she is being directed back on his/her course where he/she really wants to go.
This making it possible for the person to live life in a new and abundant way.
He/she is the master of his/her own destiny through the use of feelings as a tool of creation; knowing
that feelings can be chosen and changed. Instead of rejecting life, he/she accepts and embraces
“what is” as the greatest blessing of life and the vehicle to the next best choice, as a bridge.
Failure” is nothing but an illusion and success in disguise. “Failure” is a cause for celebration
and encouragement. He/she does not only know this for his/her own life, but for all of life.
• Is real, practical and active
The Spiritual Leader understands what is really true for him/her in any given moment. He/she tells
the truth and puts it on the ground in a practical way; NOW. Realizing that what is not true and NOW is pointless.
Therefore; he/she is congruent, open and consistent and fully response-able. He/she does what works.
• Never takes no for an answer
Refusing to take no for an answer is the strength and the power of Spiritual Leader.
He/she realizes that in a very large sense, there is only one word in God’s vocabulary; Yes .
Yes – we are all part of God and therefore he/she is able to say: “Yes – “I am that”.
The Spiritual Leader lives a life that is concerned with the larger picture and purpose
of everything and is the ONE who is in charge of his/her own life …. and not another person,
organization, authority or exterior source.
This person sees the world as it could be. He/she dreams of things that never were and asks; why not?
He/she sees things as he/she wishes them to be and by the power of his/her vision,
transforms them. In committing to saying Yes, the person lives a life of deep gratitude.
